The only Rebel turning laps at Anderstorp last weekend was Mikael Hellen. He managed once again to put hinm self in group one but the race results would be a bit of a disapointment according to Mikael him self. After qualifying 20th he managed to get himself up to 14th in the end. “Lots of people crashing, bumping and having really bad behaviour. But I managed to go slalom between them and got up to 14th” - Mikael Hellen.
Race 2 however was not going to be as good as the first one. At one point he was up to 9th but accidently dropped a wheel on the grass and spun around. Then, fighting for 16th, he got pushed of the track and in the end only managing 20th.
Mikael is still in 20th position in the standings with 1135 points. Attila Domjan saw his points lead evaporate as he had a bad weekend. He is now tied for the lead with teammate Rami Kaukola, both on 1775 points.
Next round is held in the streets of Macau on September 27th.
